What is the importance of using images?
- Tags: Alternative Text, Images, Popular
Using images is very effective to visualize what the author is talking about. If you are discussing something, and you want your readers to know exactly what you want to describe, then use an image. Your discussion will be more effective and surely readers will understand it even more.
Of course, using images for a website has some rules too. You cannot just copy images from any website or any source that you find perfect for your website. Just like articles, it is bounded by rules. You can get your own, which is the ideal one. However, you can still use other website’s images, only, you must ask permission. You can ask them by sending an email requesting for the usage legalities for using their images. Surely, if you have a good proposal, they will let you use the images for your website. Well, being unique is the best way to get popular to the World Wide Web. Think twice before using images.
Anyway, the best part of using these images is a very big help to let your website have a great chance to get popular. For all we know, there are many people who like to see images. Some of the examples are images of great places, hotels, cartoons, artists and many more. You can put it in your website, or post if your website is a blog, then use an alternative text. Search engine doesn’t actually read images, but instead text. So using alternative text helps search engines know what are in your website. As you may notice, one popular search engine provided a search for images. Using this form of searching, you will be easily provided with tons of images in with regards to what you want. This search is actually reading the text inside those images, the alternative text.
Well, if we compare the contents which do have images and not, you can easily tell there are fewer contents that do provide images. I am not saying that they are really few. There are even millions, or billions, I am not sure. However, the thing is, there is a great chance of getting popular for using images.
Just a quick tip, being creative will let you have the higher chance of getting popular. Being unique is one of the best ways to reach the top. I hope this helps, thank you very much for reading this post.
Using images is really a great way to express what you are saying in a post or in an explanation. It is a graphical representation of what you are describing. Viewers and readers will easily understand what you are pointing out.
This is also great to get many attentions from searchers. Basically, you can use images to attract viewers and readers to get into your site. It is not luring if you are using the images properly. Well, it is much applicable to all sorts of things. Use your resources properly, and everything will be okay. You cannot simply copy images from the Internet or in other sources. You must consider it doing legally for better results. A good example is taking pictures of your own. Get a camera and take picture shots of what you would like to post.
Anyway, there are actually images on the Internet you can get for free. If the author of a website said that you can use his content freely, and then you may use it, otherwise don’t. Some authors would request putting footer or recognition that what you posted came from his or her website. Like for example an image, you can use a link coming from the site and put it into your contents. The image is not hosted to your website, so you can save bandwidth at the same time. If you are using your own images, then you can upload that to your host. Of course, not all the time it is applicable. You should realize that your host is not an extension of your personal hard disk. All of what is in the disk must only be part of your website. What I am trying to say is, the things that must be only there are the things that you are only using to your website. Maybe you could do so temporarily, after sometimes you should delete the image.
There is a practical way of doing this kind of thing. You can search for websites that host images. There are tons of them, and finding one is very easy. You can sign-up and get your account eventually. Upload all your images there, and then create a link to use the images.
After doing all of that then it is now time to do some Search Engine Optimization (SEO) thing. You can use an alternative text to your images. This is done to be part of the search engine results. Remember that search engines read text. This is a good way to be listed into the top results, only, if you are doing it properly. I know that this SEO kind of thing sounds hard, but as soon as you get used to it then SEO will become easy. Well, consider it hard. However, it can make your website better.
Analytics reports measure different aspects of your PPC campaigns, such as keywords used to find your site, entry path, exit path, conversions, and even the amount of time spent on the site. Instead of just supplying the basic analytics with AdWords, Google takes it one step further and enables you to connect your AdWords campaigns with your metrics in Google Analytics. The result is a much clearer picture of how your campaigns are running in the context of how other SEO efforts are affecting your site.
If you don’t have Google Analytics, it’s easy to get and it is free. AdWords will walk you through the process of setting up your Analytics account and within a few days you should begin seeing metrics from your web site traffic. You will, of course, need to tag your PPC campaigns so that you can differentiate one from another in your Google Analytics reports, but the help files on the Google Analytics web site (www.google.com/analytics) can help you tag your campaigns in just a short while.

How to choose the right monetization strategy?
- Tags: Monetization, seo, Strategies, Web Site
Once you understand what your strategies to your goals are and determine that your efforts will help you attain those goals, you can begin to decide on the type of strategies that will likely work best for you. Keep several things in mind as you look at the various monetization options available:
- What will your visitors expect to see on your web site? Most web site visitors are tired of, and even numb to, most ads. They don’t see them most of the time, and if they do, it’s only because they’re looking for something specific. Therefore, what’s that specific thing your site visitors might be looking for? If you’re running a geo-caching web site, then visitors might expect to see product ads for GPS systems, or if you’re running a homeschooling web site, they might expect to see advertisements for educational products or services that help improve teaching. Spend a little time looking at your site through your visitors’ eyes to gain some insight into what they might want to find on your site. Then find a company that offers that and monetize your web site accordingly.
- What fits into the style of your web site? If your site is a blog, then graphic ads might not be the best option. Text ads might be more appropriate for the site. Conversely, if you can include product ads that are relevant to the posts that you’re publishing, then those might work, too. Another option for a blog web site might be sponsored blog posts. Just be sure they’re not too ‘‘salesy.’’ Most web surfers today don’t have patience for the hard sell.
- Which of the available monetization strategies will help your SEO efforts? SEO efforts are boosted by incoming links from popular web sites. They’re boosted by traffic and relevant content. As you’re looking at the various monetization services available, consider how the service might provide additional weight to your SEO efforts— and make sure that whatever method of monetization you choose is consistent with any optimization that you’ve already done on your site.
Keyword stuffing is the practice of loading your web pages with keywords in an effort to artificially improve your ranking in search engine results. Depending on the page that you’re trying to stuff, this could mean using a specific keyword or key phrase a dozen times or hundreds of times.
Temporarily, this might improve your page ranking; but if it does, the improvement won’t last, because when the search engine crawler examines your site, it will find the multiple keyword uses.
Search engine crawlers use an algorithm to determine whether the keyword density — the number of times that a keyword or phrase is used on your site — is reasonable. If it’s not, then the crawler will discover very quickly that your site can’t support the number of times you’ve used that keyword or key phrase. The result will be a lower quality score for your site, and the site will be either dropped deeper into search rankings or removed completely from search results (which is what happens in most cases).
There are no search engine guidelines that state, ‘‘It’s appropriate to use keywords on your web site X number of times,’’ because then everyone would use their keywords similarly and they would hold no value in search rankings at all. As it is, many web site owners try to skew search rankings with complicated (and not always ethical) keyword strategies. Therefore, it’s up to you to determine how many times you should include keywords in your tags, titles, text, links, headings, and content, and to hope that whatever you decide is the right solution.
Keyword stuffing, purposely or not, occurs in several ways on web pages. The first is when the content writer or web designer includes a block of text on the web page (usually at the bottom, but it can be anywhere) that is nothing more than a repetition of the chosen keyword, as shown here:
AKC Breeding AKC Breeding AKC Breeding
AKC Breeding AKC Breeding AKC Breeding
AKC Breeding AKC Breeding AKC Breeding
AKC Breeding AKC Breeding AKC Breeding
Sometimes this repetitive block of text is shown in the same font as the other text on the page, but it’s not at all unusual for a block of text like this to be the same color as the page background so that it is invisible to visitors, but perfectly readable by search engine crawlers. When it’s invisible to visitors, it’s called invisible keyword stuffing.
You also run the risk of accidently falling victim to keyword stuffing on your page. This can happen when you place too many keywords into tags, text, and other elements of your web page. As a general rule, keep the keyword density of your page at 7 to 10 percent of the total words on your web page. For example, if your page has 300 words of text, then no more than 21 to 30 of those words should be keywords. In addition, those 21 to 30 words should be distributed between the text and the back-end meta tags.
As mentioned earlier, 7 to 10 percent keyword density isn’t a rule, but a guideline that you should try to stay close to. Some search engines will allow a little higher keyword density before flagging your site as a spam site, whereas others might allow less than 10 percent. It’s a game that you’ll have to play for a while in order to learn what works and what doesn’t.
One way to ensure that you’re not overdoing it with your keywords is to use several different keywords or phrases that are unique to that page. These keywords should come from the keyword groups that you learned about at the beginning of this chapter. If a keyword is not essential in helping site visitors understand a product, service, or concept, don’t use it simply as a tactic to increase your rankings. Don’t be tempted. The result of that temptation could be the exact opposite of what you’re trying to achieve.
Keywords are still one of the least expensive methods of advertising your web site. They are also a moving target, not a simple select and-forget-it solution. You’ll have to put plenty of ongoing effort and experimentation into learning what works and what doesn’t with your PPC ads and keyword placement. If you keep your efforts consistent and regular, though, you’ll eventually find the right combination — one that not only provides the increased traffic and conversions you’re looking for, but also does it within the confines of your budget.
I often see television shows and magazines that are all about nurses. Frankly speaking, they look good in their nursing uniforms. They look so nice and clean wearing those. Well, we can say that it is also a part of fashion, and they evolve as most does. They also come cheap and affordable for nurses who are wishing to buy scrubs.
There are many sorts of styles and designs for this kind of clothing. There are even green scrubs that you can see on local stores and so as for online. Technically, it is very convenient and easy to buy online, and they are made beautifully and perfectly to suit every nurse likes. Actually, I have a nurse cousin, and she kept telling me that they are very comfortable to wear too. She can even have her own style with those, and still everyone will recognize her as a nurse.
I have some friends and relatives who are currently living in North Carolina. They said that it is such a nice place to live and there are lots of fine people residing inside and outside that certain area. They always call me and they were always asking me if when I am going to have a vacation or maybe to make a living there.
Well, I am also thinking of having a nice place to live. Of course, on where we are residing now is good, and I was just thinking of something similar to what we have right now. North Carolina is a good place, and I have looked onto many articles and some real state developer’s website, like Wilmington NC real estate. I can say that what they are offering are outstanding, and the proof is, I know some people residing there as proofs. Wilmington NC homes are nice examples on where to look for the nicest homes. There are some that are on the top of a hill and some are near to the lake. I like something like this actually.
Basically, many of us want something that is pleasant and full of nice ambiance, and this is probably one of the best places that I have found. Just by searching the internet, you can instantly see beautiful house like at Wilmington NC real estate. I am of saving a lot for this, and somewhere in the future I could live in one of those houses.
It’s obvious that social-media optimization has value. Sites such as MySpace, YouTube, and Facebook are all sites that no one thought would amount to anything, but they did. As social animals, people love being part of a community, and that includes an online community. The generation that has just entered the workforce and those growing up right now are Internet pros, and their parents are pretty proficient with it, too.
All of these people are involved in all kinds of activities online, from shopping and downloading music to participating in social networks. The kids are networking socially for different reasons than the parents, but both are participating.
The question then is not whether social media has value, but how much value it has. If you look at an experiment done by Marketing Experiments Journal (www<.> marketingexperiments<.>com), you can quickly appreciate that social media might be more valuable than you thought.
The experiment compared the cost and effectiveness of social-media marketing against pay-per-click advertising over the span of one year. The results? Social-media marketing cost a company $3,600 — the salary ($10 an hour) for an employee to become a part of and market to social networks. That investment drew 93,207 visitors to the site over the course of the year (which works out to be just under $.04 per visitor).
The PPC application was a little faster. Instead of having to wait weeks or months to get involved in a community, the PPC ads could be started almost immediately. The company spent $1,250 on PPC ads over the course of the year, and those ads drew 2,057 visitors to the site for a total cost of almost $.61 per visitor.
Social media had much more impact, and ultimately cost the company less money on a per-visit basis. In fact, the social-media optimization yielded a 1,578 percent better return on investment than the PPC ads did!
The value of social media is undeniable, but so are the difficulties that you may face as you try to implement a social-media-optimization effort. For example, you can’t rush headlong into a new social network and expect to be able to post your ads anywhere you want. That will get you banned from the community fairly quickly. It will also create animosity between you and the very people you’re trying to reach.
Again, you have to participate in the communities; and you can’t fake your participation. Social networkers will recognize your efforts as being disingenuous and will treat you accordingly. The only way to be effective with social-media optimization is to become a real part of the social network. If you can accomplish that, then the rewards will be better than any marketing plan you’ve used to date.
Hi there folks, I am back!!! I am busy doing something important last time. Anyway, I am excited posting cool articles again. Actually, I can’t wait any longer. Please stick to my blog and hopefully to update this everyday, or maybe every other day, whatever. Thank you very much! =)
Sometimes I read the newspaper in the morning to know what’s new out there, but guess what, there is nothing new actually. Funny, but that is the truth from what I am seeing right now. Every corner have problems, most of the contents are problems. Like this salary thing on employees, I guess they deserve some increase on their pay. Basically all commodities prices are rising but not their salaries. From my point of view, employees must do some things that will help them selves. Basically a little conserving of everything actually, if you don’t need to buy things then buy something useful or save the money for other things. For some people, they get some payday advance which practically very handy when times of budget shortage.
Let me tell you a little tip. When times like this, practicality is always the best solution. As long as you are doing the right thing, then go on.
